Child of Darkness

like bite your lips. that drop of blood drips delicately down.
in despair. aren't you just tired of being so weak?
Let me carry you. In a carriage built by blood.
Don't let your wings cut me.
Those delicate pictures in my spine, like that one time
You kissed them better. Your lips are like razorblades
In that bed of nails where we lay.
Well, let's just walk right out of this world?
Cause the poison , we inhale, infects me.
It's like I can't feel. You weep like a baby deprived.
I'm drunk on your tears. Tasting death in every kiss.
Your skin is soft. But the bones cut through
They're sharp.
God neglected us. Pushed us from the clouds.
We tumbled, your wing, broke off into the sunset.

We're poetry carved in flesh baby.
Fallen Angels, God's rejects.
Can I sleep safely in your arms.
Cut my wings off. We are darkness' childs now.
